Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C and line a muffin tray with paper cases.
Place the sifted flour, 3/4 of the cheese and the ham in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and olive oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and stir until just combined. Spoon into the prepared cases and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
