Another day, another meal courtesy of Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meals cookbook. This time? IMG_7088 A tasty scallop dish, flavoured with pancetta and sage. IMG_7089 Served on a bed of mashed sweet potato, flavoured with sundried tomatoes and cheddar cheese… IMG_7091 Along with a side of greens… IMG_7092 Served communal style at the dinner table. IMG_7094 A rather tasty mid week meal! IMG_7096 My only criticism? I followed the recipe and, against my better judgment, put the potato in the food processor. Even though I only pulsed it for a little while, it still came out rather gluey. Next time I’ll stick to the traditional method for making mash I think! What about you? Are you a fan of the mash?

  1. I am a big fan of mash … will keep your tip in mind when I get around to making this one, it's filed under 'the flavours sound like they'd work well with chicken' (we're not really seafood eaters) and will definitely be getting a run soon.

    Kat – I was so taken by Lisa's first couple of posts that I bought the book. I haven't yet tried any recipes but it certainly reads as the sort with a lot of usable recipes in it.
